Private Living Experience: One of the core objectives of this project was to provide residents with a private living experience without the need for shared facilities. Each unit is self-contained and designed to offer complete privacy.

5-Bedroom Semi-Detached Houses: The heart of the project is a series of 5-bedroom semi-detached houses, each providing spacious living areas and generous room sizes to ensure a comfortable and luxurious lifestyle.

Additional Features: The inclusion of a maid’s room, a private staircase, and an elevator in each unit adds convenience and functionality. However, the true highlight is the spacious rooftop terrace, which offers panoramic views of the surroundings, making it a perfect space for relaxation and entertainment.
