Conceived to celebrate Yoruba culture through contemporary architecture, our involvement on this approximately 5,000sqm site covered the complete Stage 1 concept design and Stage 2 documentation. We structured the development to fuse tradition and modernity into a cohesive masterplan.

Key features we incorporated include a triple-volume concept store, local manufacturing and craftsmanship workshops, a cinema for indigenous content, event spaces, guest accommodation, and a pent floor lounge with city-facing terraces.

To complete the immersive experience, we integrated comprehensive hospitality offerings comprising a contemporary restaurant, a culture-inspired lounge, landscaped outdoor dining areas, and a serene swimming pool.
