Developed within the estate, this project emphasizes space, privacy, and understated luxury. We structured the development to house two independent homes, each arranged over two floors with an additional pent level.

To reinforce the resort-like character of the residences, we designed expansive living spaces, private gyms, and home cinemas for each unit.

The main living areas are carefully configured to open visually onto private swimming pools, while the pent floor terraces provide elevated outdoor relaxation spaces that connect the homes to their coastal setting.
